My theme is distortion. For me, this topic was a joint exploration of physical and digital techniques which physically distort and change the image, and commentary on how society likes to change words and people to suit their own means, distorting our view of the world around us and its intentions. My final project was about how sometimes, despite the ruthlessness of the world, just one person can distort your sense of self.
