I picked this particular theme for various reasons. One of which is that I want my photos to be raw and unfiltered - capturing the true and real beauty of nature and people and how we fit into it all. I especially would love to capture certain emotions in my photos - ones that a person might feel when surrounded by nature whether that is staring up at a colourful sky or standing in the middle of a forest. I also would love to capture imperfections as I think they are eye catching and draw our eyes in as well as representing the diversity of life. For the majority of my photos I will be using what resources I have around me already including using natural light which is why picking certain times in the day to go out and take shots will be quite critical in how I want my end result to look like.
